2D SHAPES MATCHING

Students match the carrot shapes with their correct shape picture/word card. This activity can be completed as a “Memory” game where students take turns flipping over cards to make matches. Or, we like to connect our matches using these connecting links!

Students choose a card with a number and rain drops on it. Using a manipulative that resembles rain (these little blue gems work perfectly!), students build the corresponding amount of “rain drops” under their rain cloud.

Students choose 20 Frame cards and identify the number represented. Then, find and cover the matching number on the number mat.
